Daily Weight Tracker
One number each morning. Watch the 7-day average, ignore the noise.
About Daily Weight Tracker
Weigh yourself once in the morning, type one number, done. Your weight jumps around from day to day because of water, salt and food — not because your body changed — and that noise is why most people give up on tracking. Daily Weight Tracker shows the 7-day moving average next to today's reading, and you choose which of the two is the big number: the average ignores the noise and leaves the direction.
A goal with a progress ring, your pace per week and an estimate of when you will get there, a chart over 7, 30 or 90 days, and BMI, BMR, TDEE and daily macro calculators round it out. There is no account and no cloud: everything stays on your phone, and an encrypted backup carries it to a new one when you choose to.

Frequently asked questions
Is Daily Weight Tracker free?
Yes. It is free to download from Google Play and is supported by a single advertising banner served through Google AdMob. There is no subscription and no paid tier.
Why does the app show a 7-day average?
Body weight swings by a kilogram or more from one day to the next with water, salt and food. The average of the last seven days smooths that out and shows the direction you are actually heading. Days you did not weigh in are marked as unknown rather than guessed.
Where is my weight data stored?
Only on your phone. There is no account and no server: your weights, notes, goal and profile never leave the device unless you export a file yourself, and Android's automatic cloud backup is switched off for this app. The only outside service involved is the Google AdMob banner, and nothing you enter is ever part of an ad request. The privacy policy sets this out in full.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Save a backup from the More screen and restore it on the new phone. The backup is encrypted, either to the app or to a password you choose; you can also export a plain CSV file that opens in a spreadsheet, and restore from that.
Does the app give medical or diet advice?
No. Daily Weight Tracker is not a medical device. It records what you enter and does arithmetic on it — no plan, no diet and no target picked for you. It is intended for adults; talk to a doctor about your health.
Which languages and units does it support?
Bosnian, English and German. Weight in kilograms or pounds and height in centimetres or feet and inches, chosen separately.
